Most pool companies show up, add chemicals, and leave. Our pool service team treats every pool as a living system — one that requires consistent attention, scientific precision, and honest communication to stay truly clean and safe. Whether you have a residential pool in Coral Gables, Pinecrest, Miami Beach or a commercial pool facility in Brickell, our pool service professionals bring the same commitment to quality on every single visit. We don't cut corners, and we never skip steps — because we know that a pool that looks clean and a pool that is clean are two very different things. Our services are built on a foundation of water chemistry expertise. We test for everything, the parameters that most pool companies overlook entirely. From phosphate levels to dissolved metals, we take a comprehensive, data-driven approach to pool maintenance that protects your investment, your family, and the long-term health of your pool equipment. Pool cleaning is more than skimming leaves. It is about understanding the relationship between water balance, filtration, sanitation, and the environmental factors — and having the expertise to manage all of it, week after week.
Water Chemistry is the Heart of Every Pool
Proper water chemistry is not optional — it is everything. Unbalanced pool water damages equipment, irritates swimmers, turns clear water cloudy, and creates the perfect conditions for algae to take hold. Our pool service team takes chemistry seriously, because your pool's health depends on it.
PH Balance
PH is the master variable of pool water. When it drifts even slightly outside the ideal range, chlorine loses effectiveness, surfaces begin to erode or scale, and your pool equipment suffers. Proper pH management is foundational to quality pool care and long-term pool maintenance.
Total Alkalinity
Alkalinity acts as a buffer for your pool's pH, stabilizing it against rapid swings caused by rain, bather load, and sunscreen. Without proper total alkalinity, keeping your pool balanced becomes a constant battle. We adjust and monitor it on every pool service visit.
Calcium Hardness
Soft water slowly eats away at plaster surfaces and vinyl liners. Hard water causes calcium scaling on your pool walls, waterline tiles, and equipment. Getting calcium hardness right protects your pool surfaces and keeps your water sparkling and clear — a hallmark of expert pool service.
Cyanuric Acid (Stabilizer)
intense sun burns off chlorine rapidly. Cyanuric acid shields your sanitizer from UV degradation, making every dollar of chlorine work harder and longer. But too much stabilizer causes "Bacteria' — Having your stabilizer levels in perfect ranges is necessary for healthy water
Phosphates & Metals
Most pool service companies ignore phosphates and metals entirely. We don't. Both are silent threats that can ruin your pool water quality, trigger algae growth, and stain your surfaces. Testing and treating for these contaminants is a standard part of our pool service and cleaning process.
We Calculate the LSI — Most Companies Don't
The Langelier Saturation Index is the gold standard for understanding whether pool water is truly balanced — not just "close enough." It is the metric that separates serious pool service professionals from those who simply eyeball a test strip. The LSI is a calculated value that factors in pH, total alkalinity, calcium hardness, water temperature, and total dissolved solids to determine whether your pool water is corrosive, scale-forming, or perfectly balanced. A pool that looks clean can still have a dangerously off-balance LSI — which means it is quietly corroding your plaster, etching your tile grout, or building up stubborn calcium deposits on your surfaces. An LSI below -0.3 means your water is aggressive and corrosive — it will leach calcium from pool surfaces and leave them pitted and rough. An LSI above +0.5 means the water is scaling, depositing calcium on every surface it touches. Our goal is always to keep your pool's LSI between -0.3 and +0.3, right in the comfort zone where water is balanced and protective. Every week, our pool service technicians calculate the LSI before and after making chemical adjustments. This level of precision is what separates a quality pool maintenance program from a basic cleaning routine. When you understand the LSI, you understand what it really means to take care of a pool properly. We study chemistry and owe alot of our knowledge to the legend Bob Lowry.
